What is saved

Opening the full planner creates a temporary demo session. Saving a request stores the selected route, rooms or workplace tasks, frequency, sample district, desired date window, sample name and example.com email. Home requests also store the server-calculated illustrative time, rate, total and rate version.

Where it goes

Requests are sent to this demo’s server and stored in its local database. No adviser, staff member or real cleaning business receives them. No email, SMS, calendar booking, payment or subscription is created. Use sample details only.

Cookies and expiry

Two essential cookies connect you to your demo and protect form submissions. They contain random tokens, not your contact details. The session and all its requests expire 24 hours after the session starts. After expiry, the server refuses access immediately; expired rows are removed in bounded cleanup batches at startup and during mutations.

Receipts work only in the browser session that saved them. This is a demonstration of isolated state, not a customer account. We use no advertising or analytics trackers.

Clear my demo

This deletes the requests belonging to your current demo and removes its cookies. It does not change anyone else’s demo or the shared example content. A receipt cannot be restored after clearing.

Local review copies

During development, synthetic test records may be used to verify local backup and restore. Those test copies are kept separately from visitor data. An external hosting or backup policy has not been activated for this local demonstration.
