The sample scope covers accessible surfaces and floors in your kitchen, bathrooms, living spaces and chosen bedrooms. Dishes, laundry, inside cupboards and exterior windows are outside this plan.
The oven interior is the only priced optional task in this demo. Specialist surfaces, high-level work and hazardous waste are excluded.

Start with 1 hour, add 0.4 hours per bedroom, 0.5 hours per bathroom and 0.5 hours if you select the oven. Apply a minimum of 2 hours and round up to the next 0.5 hour.
The synthetic rate is £24 per hour. Weekly uses × 0.90, fortnightly × 0.95 and one-off × 1.00. For 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and no oven, weekly means 2.5 illustrative hours, a £60 base and a £54 demo total.
